A key part of successful learning is asking questions, and your online school makes it easy for you to reach out to your teacher if you get stuck. There are lots of different ways to contact your teacher, and they vary from school to school.

Many schools allow you to email your teachers directly from your class, but you might have to verify your email address first. When you login, you might see a large banner reading “You have an unverified email address or mobile number.” If so, click Settings. Make sure you have the right email address and that you’re able to check your inbox. Then choose Send Code.

A code should show up in your inbox right away. Just type the number in the box, hit Verify, and you’re good to go!

Now you can send emails right to your teacher. Choose the course you have a question about, and click the Send Mail icon.

Your teacher will get back to you right away. Remember to check your email as their reply will not appear in your course.

Some schools have different communication options for you, so you may not see the “Send email” icon in your class. Don’t worry, you can still send your teacher questions!

Your teachers may post contact information inside your course on the main page.

Or they might include their contact info in their welcome letter or in an announcement.

But no matter how you do it, make sure to keep an open and active line of communication with your teachers. Teachers love answering questions, and are here to help you succeed!
